Refund Policy

  1. Refund in Case of Booking Cancelation

    1. This policy applies to all bookings made in advance via website using relevant payment systems i.e. online payment (credit/debit cards), through banking channel, mobile financial services etc.
    2. In order to qualify for refund customer must log booking cancelation request 48 hours prior to check-in.10% service charges will deducted from booking amount for all such cancelation requests. For all cancelation requests that are generated 24 hours prior to check-in will only qualify for 70% of booking amount. The cancellations made in less than 24 hours to check ins will not qualify for refund. Some bookings are non-refundable. For all such bookings, you will not qualify for a refund. You will be clearly informed about such occurrences at the time of booking.
    3. We need minimum of 7 working days and maximum 15 working days to process your refund request.
    4. After we process your refund, it may take up to 7 days for your financial institution to post the credit to your account.
    5. Once we initiate your refund, we will email you a refund receipt with details regarding the refund amount, how, and when you'll get your refund.
    6. In general, you will be refunded in the same form of payment and currency you used when booking the room. However, in case of international transactions we are liable to follow polices and statutes set my State Bank of Pakistan.
  2. Refund in Case of Dispute with Hotel Owner

    1. Customer must identify dispute at the time of Check-in.
    2. After successful check-in customer will not be entitled for any refund.
    3. reserves the right to settle customer dispute by offering similar room within same proximity or process cash refund.
